Vasia Sereti

Vasia Sereti was born in Maroussi in 1992. Her passion for painting began at a young age. She learned her first steps alongside the painter Martha Makri, who guided her to gain distinctions and awards in national and European teenage painting competitions, for several years, and to a scholarship for studies in the Fine Arts department of Bolton, England. Her need for knowledge and deeper understanding of the world led her to postgraduate studies in symbols and tattoos. Through dreamlike surrealism, based on clean lines and distinct points, her work usually depicts instincts and emotions. She lives and works in Athens.
