Tonia Kotidou

Tonia Kotidou was born and lives in Athens. She studied French Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and continued her studies at the postgraduate level in French Culture, graduating with distinction. Alongside her academic studies, she pursued studies in Painting alongside significant contemporary artists. Sources of inspiration for Tonia include the works of prominent representatives of French culture such as Jean-Paul Sartre and Charles Baudelaire. A characteristic element of her work is the choice of colors and subconscious symbols they entail, influenced by nature and existentialism. Her interest in painting began at a young age, and she has received awards in nationwide painting competitions and actively participates in the art scene, sharing her passion and love for painting with the world through social networks and numerous group exhibitions.
