Litsa Bakopoulou

Litsa Bakopoulou was born on a Saturday, the 5th day of August, just after 20 o’clock in the afternoon. Along the way, she has been a teacher in English language schools and a writer for the print media. Later, she worked in private companies and in recent years at a radio station. She also attended programs, mainly related to child care, behavior, child psychology, as well as painting and creative writing seminars. The need for expression began two decades ago, with paper, words, verses. Then, tens of thousands of photographs. “Your world through my eyes,” she said. And then, the quarantine. In her hands, a few charcoals, a painting block, and time. Recently, she felt safe to “expose” herself through her works in painting exhibitions throughout Greece. She now has her own space, full of freedom, expression, and colors. Others call it a studio; she calls it a world. Canvases, easel, and dozens of works. See. And who knows?
