“Ioannis Stamoulis was born in Athens in 1969. He is a retired senior officer of the Hellenic Fire Service. A researcher and author, he has written numerous books on civil protection, history and art. Having studied the history of Greek and Western art at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, he has devoted himself in recent years to painting in its various forms. He also illustrates books and children’s stories and has presented his work in three solo exhibitions and twenty-four group painting exhibitions.
