Vasiliki Vougiouka is a Greek visual artist. She graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts, where she completed the integrated master’s programme under the guidance of distinguished painter and sculptor Anastasios Christakis. During her studies, she was awarded scholarships by the Greek State Scholarships Foundation in 2002 and 2004. She has been a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece since 2008 and has exhibited her work in Greece, the United States and the United Kingdom. Her artistic practice is rooted in abstract painting, drawing on references from art history while continuing to explore the philosophical trajectories of abstraction.
