Georgios Sarris was born in Athens in 1968. He lived and went to school in Argos, Argolis, until 1987 when he entered the Department of Tourism Enterprises at the Athens TEI School of Administration and Economics through national exams. After graduating in 1991 and completing his military service, he returned to his hometown, where he still lives. Since childhood, he has spent summers at his family’s cottage in Tolo, Nafplio. Painting was an escape for him since childhood—a pleasant activity that continues to bring him joy.
