Fenia Angelopoulou was born in Athens. After a two-decade career in banking, she decided at the age of 40 to devote herself entirely to painting. To deepen her artistic training, she completed a two-year course at the Educational Union and attended intensive studio classes at the Merso School. She works primarily with oils and acrylics, focusing on abstract and conceptual art. She has participated in group exhibitions, while some of her works have been donated for display in a town hall. A portrait she painted is also held in the private collection of a member of the political leadership. Her transition from finance to the visual arts is a defining aspect of her artistic identity, with inner discipline and spontaneity of expression coexisting in her work.
