ARTgrID undertakes the creation, development, and hosting of a comprehensive artist profile with such capabilities and features that can replace a professional personal website. Additionally, our company provides exposure, communication, leverage, and sales settlement.
Specifically, a unique address is developed using the artist’s full name (in the format artgrid.gr/name-surname), systematic promotion via social media, through the Newsletter distributed to our customer list, and other targeted actions (online advertising, media, email campaigns, proposals for artwork purchases to individuals and professionals in Greece and abroad).
Furthermore, ARTgrID facilitates, manages, and finalizes artwork sales with a commission fee of 20%. We offer free pickup of sold artworks from the artist’s location (available within Greece; the service is not currently available in Cyprus) for delivery to buyers within Greece. We also certify the authenticity of each sold artwork to the buyer, among other services. Additionally, through our network of partners, we can organize individual exhibitions both online and in art spaces that collaborate with us.

Our services are priced both on a subscription basis and on a per-case/project basis.
Artworks and Intellectual Property Rights
ARTgrID exclusively showcases visual artists and their visual artworks. Visual artworks include paintings, sculptures, photography, digital art, visual objects, constructed artworks, art installations, engravings, and works of other art forms, the conception, artistic processing, and subsequent creation of which were based solely on the observation, imagination, and inspiration of the creator, original, genuine, and unique, crafted using materials and methods depicted in their descriptions, and not reproductions of third-party intellectual works or copies.
Guarantee of Agreed Services
We commit to a private agreement/contract with all the terms and conditions of our collaboration, all services, and the content we have agreed to develop for each artist individually, ensuring their lawful compliance. Our platform can legally collaborate both with professionals/companies and individuals.
Eligible Artists
ARTgrID carefully selects artists to collaborate with based on the quality of their works and our ability to support and promote them to our audience. If you would like to explore the possibility of collaboration, please send us the following:
– 5 recent artworks of yours in clear and relatively large photographs
– A description for each of your artworks (title/theme, materials, dimensions)
– A price range for your artworks (e.g., “from €500 to €3500”)
– The location of your studio in Greece or Cyprus
