The addition, modification, removal, or temporary suspension of availability of products for sale is at the absolute discretion of the company, which can act accordingly without prior notice.
The website guarantees the quality, accuracy, and validity of the information provided by it, concerning its identity and the services it provides, subject to errors due to technical or typographical mistakes.
Other provided visitor/user information:
Information in the form of suggestions or ideas expressed by visitors/users of the website through voluntary and free use of the respective communication tools becomes the property of artgrid.gr, which can exploit it in any way for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

The prices listed do not include VAT (24%) and other taxes; any discrepancies will be mentioned and highlighted. The periodically showcased offers will have a limited duration, and their validity will extend until the day of order submission.
Essential Information for Placing an Order for a Product
Apart from cases where orders are placed through our website, as mentioned subsequently, when placing an order through any other means, it is necessary to provide, in addition to the quantitative and qualitative specification of the product, the buyer’s identification details. Specifically, the buyer’s full name and contact information (phone number, email address, residential address), information about the payment method, details for invoice or receipt issuance (VAT number, tax office, status), as well as the shipping address, must be provided.
Terms of Use for Order Completion
The order is considered completed and your respective declaration is deemed received by us as soon as you receive a related email message or a confirmation phone call regarding your order.
Withdrawal / Cancellation
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the present purchase agreement in writing at orders@artgrid.gr, within 3 hours from the placement of the order.
After this point, no order cancellation will be accepted.
Specifically:
Returns after the receipt of the product are not accepted, with the sole exception of a rare case where a different product is sent than the one purchased. In this case, within 3 business days of our company’s realization of the mistake, the incorrect product will be collected from the customer’s address, and the correct one will be delivered.
If you withdraw from the sales agreement within 3 hours from the placement of the order, we will refund you the full value of the product that we received from you within 14 days.
