ARTgrID offers fully organized and professional support for the organization of visual arts symposia and/or festivals, aimed at curators, artists, organizations, or groups lacking the necessary experience or infrastructure. The service covers the full range of creative, organizational, and communication aspects: from preparation and open call to artwork presentation, documentation, and digital promotion.
Packages & Pricing
All materials are provided in Greek and English, or in English only. Any language beyond Greek or English is considered an additional language. All prices include 24% VAT.
For symposium/festival with physical presence and a parallel online exhibition (lasting 1 month after the event), up to 50 participants.
Minimum preparation time required: 6 months
Includes:
• Drafting & distribution of Open Call
• Selection of participants based on agreed criteria
• Creation & management of bilingual website with online exhibition
• Curation & design of digital catalog (GR & EN)
• Catalog available via permanent online link
• Print edition options presented (printing handled by organizer)
• Visual identity: logo, poster, signage
• Social media presence planning (content plan pre/during/post, bilingual content production, creation of FB Page & Event)
• Exhibition organization: wall numbering, artwork labels, signage, unified price list
• Media kit: press releases (GR/EN), material for publications & partnerships
• Coordination with media / media sponsors
• Social Media Campaign
Cost
€4000
For festivals with ≥50 participating artists, duration >5 days, and multiple venues, or for extended symposia (>5 days) with multiple parallel events, exhibitions, etc.
Minimum preparation time required: 8 months
Includes:
• All services included in the “Hybrid Festival”
• Drafting of a detailed program for participants (tours, plein air, workshops)
• Ongoing supervision of implementation (artistic & communication aspects)
• Signage system: venue-specific signs & digital map
• Full documentation of artworks, price lists, labels
• Photography of opening event / inauguration
• On-site curatorial and coordination support during setup and launch
• Consulting services
Cost
€7000
• Additional presentation language: +€500
• For every additional 10 artworks (after the first 200): +€100
A. Prepayment by Organizer
• 40% deposit upon signing the agreement (non-refundable)
• 60% no later than 2 months before the event
B. Mixed Funding (Organizer + Participants)
• 40% deposit upon signing the agreement (non-refundable)
• The remaining amount is covered through artist participation fees, collected directly by ARTgrID (ARTgrID handles invoicing, collection management, and issuing of participation receipts).
• If cancellation is not ARTgrID’s fault: the deposit is non-refundable. In case of Mixed Funding, any participation fees collected by ARTgrID are returned to the artists.
• If due to ARTgrID’s fault: the full amount is refunded within 3 months.
• Delays in material delivery will proportionally affect the timeline
• Partial delegation of services is not allowed – the approach is all-in
• All physical expenses (printing, hosting, accommodation, logistics) are covered by the organizer
• All digital deliverables are fully delivered by ARTgrID
• ARTgrID does not undertake partial implementation (all-in policy)
• Execution depends on timely delivery of required material
• In case of cancellation by the organizer, the deposit remains with ARTgrID
• Ideal preparation time: 6–10 months before the desired event date
• If you are a curator, artist, or organization without technical expertise in event production
• If you are planning a festival with international or cross-border character to be held in Greece
• If you want to ensure quality, professionalism, and visibility
