Creation of a personal website and promotion of a visual artist

Eligible Artists
ARTgrID carefully selects the artists it collaborates with based on the quality of their work and its ability to support/recommend them to its audience. That being said, if you would like us to consider a potential collaboration, please submit or respond with the following:
✧ 5 recent artworks in clear, high-quality photographs (if they cannot be sent via email due to size, you can send them separately via https://wetransfer.com) or a complete portfolio if available.
✧ A description for each artwork (title/theme, materials, dimensions).
✧ The price range of your works (e.g., “from €500 to €3500”).
✧ The country/region/city where your studio is located.
✧ Are you a professional (i.e., do you have a registered business) or not?
Submission Process
Please carefully review our service packages to decide which one suits your needs. Depending on your choice, send us an email with the requested materials following the email submission instructions provided in each service package.

ARTgrID offers the promotion of visual artists by leveraging or managing the sales of artworks through two alternative basic service packages, which include the creation of a personalized website in the format “https://artgrid.gr/firstname-lastname”:
(1) BASIC Package: Direct and Comprehensive Promotion
(2) PRO Package: Comprehensive Promotion with Sales Management
- In both cases, your website will be ready and published no later than 10 business days after signing the contract and providing all the materials requested for its creation.
1. Direct and Comprehensive Promotion (Basic Package. All prices include VAT)
ARTgrID undertakes the creation, development, and hosting of an artist’s website featuring photographs of their works in the form of an online exhibition with detailed information and specific characteristics. This profile includes—but is not limited to—a biography, artist statement, publicity references, critical texts, videos, digital catalogs, and an organized presentation of achievements (exhibitions, projects, publications, articles, artwork presentations, etc.) formatted according to best practices. The company promotes the website via its social media platforms, online advertising, media, email campaigns, and offers suggestions for the sale of works to private collectors and professionals in Greece and abroad. Additionally, ARTgrID provides information on opportunities to participate in exhibitions in Greece and internationally organized by its partners. Artists can request updates to their website (removal or addition of works, changes in information or texts, addition of new sections such as videos, etc.) up to 3 times per year after the first two months of service, or more frequently as part of additional services.
Direct Sales
Under the “Direct and Comprehensive Promotion” service package, the company does not manage or clear sales, which are exclusively handled directly by the artist. ARTgrID has no financial claim on the sales (i.e., no commission, percentages, etc.). In this case, ARTgrID refers interested buyers directly to the artist to communicate with them.
Pricing Policy
The “Direct and Comprehensive Promotion” service package is purchased and prepaid for the first year at a cost of €520 (price includes 24% VAT).
After the first year, if the subscription is not discontinued, it can be renewed as an annual subscription for the main package, with additional services charged separately, at €365/year. This renewal must be agreed upon and paid no later than 10 business days before the expiration of the current contract. Renewal is always annual, regardless of whether the initial subscription was for 6 months or a year.

2. Comprehensive Promotion with Sales Management
(Basic Package – requires that the visual artist has an active business registration. All prices include VAT)
This basic service package includes all the benefits of the “Direct and Comprehensive Promotion” package, but our company can also manage and clear the sales of your artworks through our platform, internationally, using all legal payment methods, under the following additional terms:
► ARTgrID legally processes payments and pays the artist, retaining the lowest commission in the Greek market (20%), providing all the necessary legal documents.
► ARTgrID applies a Dropshipping system (i.e., artworks remain in your possession and under your ownership until sold. Once sold, they are collected by our company and shipped to buyers at no additional cost to the artist).
► ARTgrID issues a certificate of authenticity for artworks managed according to the above methods.
