Website creation and promotion for visual artists and groups
If you are a visual artist seeking a professional framework to showcase your work and access an international art-loving audience, ARTgrID offers comprehensive creation and promotion services. Your art deserves to be presented with professionalism and precision — and we can ensure that, together.
Eligibility
ARTgrID collaborates with selected artists based on the quality of their work and the potential to represent them consistently and effectively to its audience. To be considered for a possible collaboration, please submit:
✧ 5 recent artworks in clear, high-resolution images or a complete portfolio (via email or wetransfer.com)
✧ A description for each piece (title, theme, materials, dimensions)
✧ A price range (e.g., “€500–€3500”)
✧ Your studio location
✧ Please clarify whether you are a registered professional with an official business start in the tax office and whether you keep active professional records (either as an artist or under another profession — please specify which)
You will receive a response within 2 working days upon receipt of the complete materials.
Please note: links to social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) are not accepted.
Our Packages
We offer two main service packages, which include the creation of a personal website under the ARTgrID domain (e.g., https://artgrid.gr/first-lastname), ready for publication within 10 working days from the receipt of your materials.
1. BASIC – Direct, Comprehensive Promotion
Includes the creation, hosting, and presentation of a bilingual (Greek–English) personal website featuring your works in the form of an online exhibition. The personal website may include your biography, artist statement, videos, catalogues, articles, publications, achievements, and other content curated professionally.
Promotion includes:
► Exposure via social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and media outlets
► Targeted proposals of artworks to collectors and professionals
► Updates on opportunities to participate in exhibitions in Greece and abroad
► The artist may request up to 3 content updates per year after the first two months, with additional updates available at extra cost.
Direct Sales
ARTgrID does not intervene in sales: the artist handles all communications and transactions directly, with no commission or interference from us. However, we promote the artworks commercially and refer any interested buyers directly to the artist for unmediated contact.
Cost
€610 for the creation and first year of website hosting, including the aforementioned marketing, promotion, and sales services – renewable at €365/year from the second year onward for up to five years. Price includes 24% VAT.
2. PRO – Comprehensive Promotion with Sales Management
Includes all the features of the BASIC package, with the added benefit of ARTgrID managing and processing sales, available exclusively to artists with an active professional tax status.
Additional benefits
► Full sales management with legal processing and a low commission (20%)
► Dropshipping: artworks remain with the artist until sold and are shipped directly to the buyer without any shipping or delivery costs charged to the artist
► Issuance of Certificates of Authenticity for sold artworks
Cost
€610 for the creation and first year of website hosting, including the aforementioned marketing, promotion, and sales services – renewable at €365/year from the second year onward for up to five years. Price includes 24% VAT.
3. COLLECTIVE – Website Creation for an Art Group or Organization
Creation & maintenance of a personalized website for an art group, association (NGO, Social Cooperative Enterprise, etc.), or collective. Includes all features of the BASIC package, with a limit of up to 50 artworks, and offers the ability to showcase:
• artworks
• texts, videos, or other content per member
all within a single page (no separate subpages per member)
Updates: up to 3 times per year after the first month at no additional cost
Cost
• €700 for the creation & first year of hosting (includes marketing, advertising & sales services), VAT 24% included
• €430/year for renewal after the first year (valid for up to 5 years)
Optional additional services (annual cost):
• €100 for every additional 30 artworks beyond the 50-piece limit
• €100 for monthly content/info updates after the first month
• €100 for a second language (beyond Greek/English)
