H ARTgrID undertakes the promotion of visual artists by leveraging or clearing sales of artworks through two alternative basic service packages, which include creating a website in the format “https://artgrid.gr/first-last-name” within 10 days. H ARTgrID offers dynamic development tools to artistic groups and collectives of any form, providing professional promotion and communication services, as well as solutions for sales management, event organization, actions, and exhibitions, accounting and legal support, and access to art-loving audiences. H ARTgrID can collaborate with both artistic groups that have formed a company with legal and tax status and common collaborative groups without legal status. The services are provided in the form of an annual subscription at a low cost, in a basic package with high customizability, and the ability to offer solutions tailored to your needs. ARTgrID is able to collaborate with companies (e.g., NGOs, Social Cooperative Enterprises, Non-Profit Civil Companies), as well as individual artists.
Visual Arts and Copyrights
ARTgrID, through its online platform, showcases visual artists and their works. Visual works are defined as paintings, sculptures, photographs, digital art, artistic objects, art constructions, installations, prints, and works of other art forms, the conception, artistic processing, and subsequent creation of which are based solely on the observation, imagination, and inspiration of their creator. These works are original, authentic, and unique, created with the materials and methods described in their information, and not reproductions of another’s intellectual property or copies.

We sign a private agreement or legal contract with all our partners that outlines all terms and conditions of our collaboration, all services, and the content we have agreed to develop, guaranteeing their compliance in a legal manner.

Services for Collectives/Artistic Groups/Associations of Visual Artists with Legal Entity (Non-Profit Companies, NGOs, Social Cooperatives, etc.)

► Systematic promotion of the group, the works of the artists it comprises, the collective work, and all activities through its website, social media, and media announcements
► Leveraging, management, and clearance of sales for marketable artworks. Electronic art auctions, online exhibitions.
► Capability to trade members’ artworks within the framework of exhibitions or auction processes and clearances/payments through legal procedures with the lowest commission rate in the Greek market (20%)
► Organization, management, and promotion of collective exhibitions in selected art spaces in Athens and Thessaloniki or at the group’s legal headquarters, along with an online exhibition
► Information on participation opportunities in exhibitions, competitions, awards, and other events organized by our partners in Greece
