Comprehensive services for art groups
H ARTgrID offers a package of services and additional services “tailored” to the needs of artistic collaborative schemes and groups. ARTgrID is able to collaborate with artistic groups, collectives, and artist associations that have been established and have a VAT number, such as MKO, KOINSEP, AMKE, etc., offering the full range of professional services to artists and sales on a case-by-case basis, even if the form of the company is non-profit and non-commercial, in a legal manner, through our consulting services. The starting point is the creation, development, and maintenance of the professional website within 10 days.
BASIC SERVICE PACKAGE
ARTgrID undertakes the creation, development, and hosting of the group’s website, showcasing the members and their works, along with an overall presentation of the collective work in the form of a permanent online exhibition with details and specific features. The website includes -indicatively but not exclusively- the history and vision/statement of the group, presentation of the artists involved, publicity mentions, critical texts, videos, availability of catalogs or other publications in digital form, and organized presentation of achievements (exhibitions, projects, publications, articles, work presentations, etc.) in a standardized manner following best practices. The pages can include videos.
ARTgrID promotes the website through its social media channels, online advertising, media, email campaigns, etc. Additionally, it informs about opportunities for participation in exhibitions in Greece and abroad organized by its partners. The group has the option to request changes to the website content (removal or addition of works, information changes, and/or texts, addition of sections not originally included (e.g., videos), etc.) up to 3 times per year, after the first two months of service provision.
Sales
Within the framework of the basic service package, ARTgrID can leverage, manage, and clear sales (if desired) with the lowest commission in the Greek market (20% on the sale price), offering shipping services, digital works or photo printing, and framing services.
Pricing Policy
The basic service package is prepaid on an annual basis (prices include VAT).
○ Annual duration: €610
○ Biennial duration: €900
There is an option for renewal in the form of an annual subscription for the main package, while additional services are paid separately, at €430/year, which must be agreed upon and paid no later than 10 working days before the expiration of the current contract. The renewal is always annual at this cost, regardless of whether the initial subscription was semi-annual or annual.
