Η Νεφέλη Μαρματάκη είναι ζωγράφος και εικονογράφος. Γεννήθηκε το 1999 στα Χανιά και σπούδασε στην Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών στα Ιωάννινα. Έχει εικονογραφήσει παιδικά παραμύθια και ποιητικές συλλογές, ενώ ζει και εργάζεται στα Χανιά ως γραφίστρια. Παράλληλα, έχει συμμετάσχει σε φεστιβάλ κόμικς και έντυπου τύπου στην Αθήνα και στην Κρήτη, παρουσιάζοντας το ιδιαίτερο προσωπικό της ύφος. Κύριο μέσο της ζωγραφικής της είναι η προσέγγιση της παιδικότητας μέσα από το αφηρημένο και το ανακάτεμα διαφορετικών εκφραστικών μέσων.
