Konstantinos Chortargias

Konstantinos Chortargias is a designer who engages in painting, based in Athens. He is a graduate mechanical engineer and holds a master’s degree in Innovative Product Design. From a young age, he showed interest in various forms of art, the psychology of colors, and different painting techniques, signing his works with the nickname Sone. His art focuses on using symbols, words, and images to compose allegorical stories through colors, aiming to challenge the observer to question what they see, creating an experience that combines the visual with the intellectual and personal experiences. His works capture human emotions and philosophical quests, incorporating details and contrasts. He strives to combine elements of music and movies with everyday life and psychology to create a finite universe on a canvas. He would like to connect participatory design, his field of interest, with painting.
