Nikolas Fotiadis was born in Drama. He apprenticed and simultaneously worked for three years in a screen-printing workshop in Drama. He engaged in artistic interior decoration, as well as artistic and visual curation for festivals in Greece. Since 2000, he has attended drawing and painting classes at the workshop of K. Tsigkris in Athens. In 2006, he was admitted to the School of Fine Arts, Department of Visual and Applied Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He studied in the studio of Professors Ioannis Fokas and Vasilis Ploiaridis. At the same time, he took printmaking courses in the printmaking workshop of Professor Xenophon Sachinis. In June 2011, he presented his diploma thesis, which was graded 9.11. In July 2011, he received his degree from the School of Fine Arts – Department of Visual and Applied Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with honors, specializing in painting. He works as a substitute teacher in a primary school in Drama. He has held six solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions. His works are found in private collections as well as in public spaces.
