Christos Rozakis was born and raised in Athens. He graduated from the Experimental Music High School of Pallini and received a diploma in classical guitar under professor K. Kotsiolis. He then focused on Greek traditional music, creating a personal style. He plays bouzouki, piano, gaida, and kaval. Alongside creating musical compositions, he collaborates with dancers to produce music and dance performances, and as a founding member of the group 2 Laloun, stages interactive musical and dance performances for children. He has an active visual arts presence, creating mixed media images (photography, gold and silver leaf, colored glass, iconography paint, marine wood), which he has presented in group and solo exhibitions. He has also published two poetry collections (“Kliros”, “Kyalyreies”) with Ermielo Publications.
