Magda Dimoudi was born in Thessaloniki. She studied Byzantine painting and iconography under Ioannis Vranos from 1982 to 1984. Subsequently, until September 1986, she took preliminary courses in painting at the “Praxis” workshop with Kostas Xanthopoulos and later that same year with Vangelis Dimitreas. Since 1986, she has permanently resided in Corfu, where she continued her art studies with Nikos Zervos, a student of Konstantinos Parthenis, and later at the Corfu Art School with Spyros Alamanos. Her work has been showcased from 1985 to the present in 8 solo and 68 group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. She has designed book covers and illustrations for “Epsilon” publications. She is a board member of the Corfu Visual Arts Association. Her works can be found in the Pylea Municipality Hall in Thessaloniki, the Corfu Art Gallery, the Greek National Tourism Organization, and private collections.
