Ioannis Stamoulis was born in 1969 in Athens. He is a retired senior officer of the Hellenic Fire Service, a researcher and author of numerous books related to civil protection, history, and art. He has studied the history of Greek and Western Art at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. In recent years he has been involved on an amateur basis with painting in all its forms. He illustrates books and fairy tales and has exhibited his work in two solo exhibitions and fifteen group painting exhibitions.
