Ioannis Stamoulis was born in 1969 in Athens. He is a retired Senior Officer of the Fire Department. He is a researcher and author of numerous books on civil protection, history, and art. In recent years, he has been engaged in painting as an amateur in all its forms. He illustrates books and has exhibited his work in one solo exhibition and many group painting exhibitions. He also writes articles for various media.
