Lou Liska studied Human Ecology at the Universities of Vienna, Austria, and Bangor, UK. Lou is also a mindfulness-based body worker (Hakomi method) and a late career, self-thaught artist. Lou’s work is most frequently exhibited in United Kingdom, but also had exhibitions in Germany, Italy and elsewhere, with the most recent exhibition In Your Face – Queer Portraiture Now at Colonnade House in Worthing, UK, in 2025.
