Anastasia Chania was born and raised in Ancient Nemea in Corinthia. She studied the art of hairdressing and practised it for many years. Painting has been part of her life since childhood. She is self taught, learning through experience and study, developing her personal technique through continuous experimentation and inner exploration. Since her school years she has participated in group exhibitions in the area where she lives, while also donating some of her works for charitable purposes. Her first solo exhibition took place in Nemea in 2024 and included a variety of works, paintings and painted hats.
