Sofia Papadopoulou was born and raised in Thessaloniki. She is a visual artist whose main means of expression is painting. She worked as a graphic designer until 2016, after which she turned to commerce, creating and maintaining a shop for the manufacture and sale of juggling equipment. Her work moves between drawing, painting, photography and constructions. She holds a postgraduate degree in “Arts and Media Practice” from the University of Westminster in London and has studied Graphic Design at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. She has shown her work, for the most part, in group exhibitions in independent self organised spaces in Thessaloniki and London.
