Chrysa Papandrikou was born in Athens in 1975 and grew up in Piraeus. With a family tradition in painting, she received her first lessons beside her mother’s easel. Continuing her artistic development under the guidance of Politis and Antoniadis, she began participating in painting and handicraft exhibitions from a young age. With a background in accounting, she later pursued studies in Graphic Design and Applied Arts, as well as certification programs at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in Museology and Museum Education, Art History and Visual Arts, Analysis of Children’s Drawings, Special Education, among others. Through specialized training in educational methods, she began overseeing art classes for children and adults at a local cultural association and Creative Activity Centers (KDAP). She has presented her work in solo and group exhibitions and has received awards in art competitions, both for herself and her students. She also engages in handcrafted artistic creations and miniature sculpture.
