Domna Panagopoulou is a graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts. She was born in Athens in 1964. She studied painting under Dimitris Mytaras and graduated in 1990 with honors. From 2000 to 2005, she pursued a second degree in Sculpture under Giorgos Lappas. She also attended scenography courses in the workshop of Giorgos Ziakas. Domna Panagopoulou lives and works in Rhodes, painting portraits in the summer and teaching visual arts in public education during the winter. She has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Greece and abroad, with a notable presence at the Lulea Summer Biennial in Sweden in 2007. She has also held nine solo exhibitions in Athens and Rhodes.
