Giorgos Nikolaou (Gncl) was born, raised, and lives in Athens. He studied economics and business administration with a specialization in accounting at the Piraeus University of Applied Sciences. He has painted since childhood as a hobby and for many years as an amateur. He has attended art and drawing seminars taught by renowned Greek painters. His favorite medium is oil painting, although he also works with acrylics. He believes oil paints offer unlimited expressive possibilities, which is why he prefers them. His favorite subject is the human figure, either as the main focus or placed within a natural environment. He has participated in various group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. His works have occasionally been sold to collectors worldwide and are available online through major international platforms.
