Erida Tsouri, 20 years old, is a self-taught visual artist. Despite not having formal education to date, she has been accepted to art schools in the Netherlands, where she plans to study. Her engagement with art began through ballet, which initially served as her main form of expression, but she gradually realized it didn’t fully satisfy her creative need. This led her to visual arts, where she mainly experimented with performance art. She has performed long-duration visual performances, including a piece inspired by T.S. Eliot’s “The Waste Land.” She has participated in six group exhibitions and one collaborative two-person exhibition.
