Olga Barmazi is a graduate of Katerina Rota’s School of Visual Arts and Decorative Applications and the Vortex School of Artistic Jewelry. She also holds a degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Law at EKPA and is completing a Joint Master’s Program in Creative Writing. Since 1997, she has exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Greece and abroad [Europe, the USA, Japan, and Australia]. Her works have won awards in international painting competitions and are included in private collections. Since 2007, she has been teaching painting at workshops for children and adults at the nonprofit art organization “Apothiki Technon AMKE,” which she founded, and since 1917 at the Kalogeropoulio Foundation of Arts and Culture in Corinth. She has illustrated six children’s books, designed sets for theater and dance performances, and created series of artistic jewelry exhibited in Greece and the USA. In collaboration with composer and pianist Panagiotis Theodosiou, she has developed and curated visual storytelling/presentation of musical performances in video format. Since 2023, she has been collaborating with the ARC – Art Revisited Collective.
