Giannis Stamoulis was born in Athens in 1969. He is a retired Senior Officer of the Fire Department, a researcher, and the author of numerous books on civil protection, history, and art. In recent years, he has been engaged in painting as an amateur in all its forms. He illustrates books and has exhibited his work in one solo and several group exhibitions. He also writes articles for various media.
