Vasiliki Defteraiou

Vasiliki Defteraiou was born in 1997 and grew up on the island of Ithaca. She studied at the National Technical University of Athens and holds a diploma in Architecture. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in the “Research in Architecture” program at NTUA and works as an architect. From a young age, she showed interest in painting and theater, particularly in the design and construction of stage sets. She has participated in various workshops and art exhibitions and, since 2015, has taken on roles as a set and costume designer in theatrical productions and ensembles. During the summer months of 2017, 2018, and 2019, she engaged in theater making for three different theatrical productions in Ithaca and has also worked in costume design for short films.
