Evangeli Karaggeli was born in Athens in 1971 and lives in Larissa. She graduated from the Athens School of Fine Arts (A.S.F.A.) in 1998 with a focus on Painting, studying under Panagiotis Tetsis and Rena Papaspirou. She attended the Scenography Workshop at A.S.F.A. with teacher Giorgos Ziakas, and also studied at the Larissa Municipal Art Gallery in the departments of Iconography, Engraving, and Ceramics. She is a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece (EETE), the Association of Art Teachers, and a founding member of the Larissa Visual Arts Association “8.” She has occasionally showcased her work in group exhibitions of A.S.F.A., the Larissa Municipal Art Gallery, and the Larissa Visual Arts Association “8.” Since 1999, she has worked as a visual artist and educator, and since 2004, she has held a permanent position as an active Fine Arts PE-08 teacher with the Ministry of Education in a secondary school in the Larissa region.
