The Cultural Association of Milies Pelion “Grigorios Konstantas,” as part of the “Philippideia 2025” festival, is hosting internationally renowned painter Foti Kllogjeri in a solo watercolor exhibition titled “Colors of the Wind.” The exhibition will take place at the EYDOKSEIO Cultural Center of the Municipality of South Pelion, in the village square, from August 11 to 15.

The opening will be held on Monday, August 11, from 19:00 to 22:00, and the exhibition will remain open daily from 11:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 22:00.

As part of the exhibition, a live watercolor demonstration by the artist will also take place, with the date to be announced soon.

The exhibition explores the poetic relationship between wind, movement, and the materiality of color, through works that depict landscapes and atmospheres with lightness, transparency, and contemplative depth.

Curator Paris Kapralos notes about the works:
“The exhibition ‘Colors of the Wind’ by Foti Kllogjeri highlights the poetic nature of watercolor as a medium for capturing atmosphere, light, and motion. Through landscapes that dissolve into color and forms that suggest without describing, the painter approaches nature not as a spectacle but as an experience. Air—the invisible carrier of energy and transition—becomes the dominant element in the composition, creating images that float between the real and the imagined. Kllogjeri’s technique does not aim for precision but for emotion, revealing the sensitivity of watercolor and its power to convey inner states. The lightness, transparency, and silence of his works uniquely express a landscape that is not merely observed, but lived.”
