Important Note
The exhibition duration refers to the period from the opening through the final day the exhibition is open to the public. The time required for receiving the artworks, installation, and deinstallation is included in the package but is not counted as “exhibition days”.

Two- or Three-Artist Exhibition at an Athens Gallery
An exhibition featuring 2 or 3 artists, with all the features of the Solo Exhibition. It offers an individual presentation with a curated result and shared costs.
Cost
9-day Duration: €3400
18-day Duration: €4300 for an exhibition with up to 3 participants
Basic Services
• Gallery assignment and agreement with a collaborating gallery
• Exhibition curation by an Art Curator
• Exhibition installation and deinstallation
• Concurrent online exhibition (for up to 1 month)
• Curatorial statement
• Preparation & distribution of a Press Release
• Promotion through ARTgrID’s social media
• Securing Media Sponsors and related promotional support
• Professional invitation & poster in digital format
• Exhibition catalogue-book in digital format (permanently available via link)
• Preparation and printing of the exhibition price list
• Design and printing of signage, gallery signs, and other graphic materials required for the smooth operation of the exhibition
• Photography of the exhibition opening
• Sales processing with a fixed 30% commission, including for non-professional artists
Additional Services
(optional, at an additional cost)
• Printing & framing of digital artworks and photographic works (by arrangement)
• Reception / standing event at the exhibition opening (with food, wine, etc.)
• Video coverage of the exhibition opening and the exhibition
• Design/production of a printed exhibition catalogue in book format
Additional Information
• All packages are all-inclusive: services cannot be removed, only added. ARTgrID does not undertake individual parts of the service separately. Our approach is comprehensive and holistic.
• ARTgrID can legally process sales for artists who are not registered as professional practitioners
• Gallery availability is limited. If you require specific exhibition dates, we recommend contacting us at least 6 months in advance.
Approval Process
ARTgrID aims to present the public, art enthusiasts, and collectors with a carefully curated exhibition programme that consistently reflects its artistic identity and direction. For this reason, every exhibition proposal is reviewed by the ARTgrID Curatorial Team, which evaluates the artwork and the proposed exhibition as a whole, as well as their suitability for inclusion in our exhibition programme.
If you are interested in organising a solo exhibition or an exhibition together with other artists, we invite you to send us your proposal along with the following information:
• At least 5 representative artworks (including titles, dimensions, and technique)
• Total number and dimensions of the works to be exhibited (the number is indicative and not strictly binding)
• Artist biography and a brief presentation of the exhibition or project you wish to present
• Price range of the works you are considering exhibiting
• (For exhibitions featuring multiple artists) A description of the theme and the number of artists, as well as all the information listed above for each participating artist
