Manolis Dorgiakis was born in Ierapetra, Crete. He developed an interest in painting from an early age. He studied Physics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and works as a physics teacher. He initially attended painting classes at the Painting Department of the Municipality of Holargos and spent fourteen years at the First Painting Workshop of the Municipality of Vrilissia. Over the past two years, he has continued to expand his artistic knowledge through studies at a private painting studio. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions and has also presented solo exhibitions.
