Ioannis Stamoulis was born in Athens in 1969. He is a Senior Officer of the Fire Service, retired, a researcher and author of many books related to civil protection, history and art. He has studied the history of Greek and Western Art at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and in recent years he has been engaged in painting as an amateur, in all its forms. He illustrates books and fairy tales and has exhibited his work in two solo exhibitions and fifteen group painting exhibitions.
