Efi Mammona was born in 1977 in Athens, where she lives and works. She studied as an electronic graphic design technician and worked in the private sector from 2003. In parallel, she attended classes in freehand and linear drawing. Painting for her is a means of expressing emotions, dreams, and thoughts. In recent years she has been drawn primarily to modern abstract art, which has led her on a journey of freedom and exploration of colour and texture, developing and applying new techniques, influences, and styles. Today she works professionally as a private sector employee, while at the same time creating paintings that reflect her personal world and emotional journey. She has participated in group exhibitions featuring works of varied themes and techniques.
