Natalia Kazirelova graduated from the Odessa Theater School (Ukraine). She has worked in painting, scenography, decoration, and teaching art. Since 1989, she has been living and working in Athens. She has been a member of the Chamber of Fine Arts of Greece (EETE) and the Central Greece Visual Artists Association (SKETKE) since 2000. In 2011, she received the first prize of the Oskar Kokoschka Award for painting at the International Symposium in Pochlarn, Austria. In 2017-2018, she studied art coaching and art therapy at the “OSNOVA – International Training Company” (Ukraine) and the “Institute of Psychology and Creativity” (Russia). In 2016, she founded the ART Spirit group: art and self-awareness, a collective promoting self-awareness practices through art in society. Ideas of art’s therapeutic power are reflected in her work, particularly in her latest series executed in the original technique of multilayered collage on canvas. Natalia Kazirelova has presented her work in six solo and more than 100 group exhibitions in Greece and abroad. Her works are part of private and public collections worldwide. Since March 2024, she has been collaborating with the ARC – Art Revisited Collective.
