Themis, originally greek, has study law and political sciences in France, and joined Beaux-Arts in Paris as an External student in the late 80ties. Since then she developed her own style. Water is highly receptive of sound, therefore during the creation of all her works, music with a specific Hz Solfeggio frequency is played, “musical mathematical matrix of creation”, including binaural and alpha & theta beats. Since 2000 her works have often been influenced by the culture of the warrior, japanese martial arts and their philosophy, as well as by I Ching, Tao, numerology, Feng Shui and are created by respecting the principles of the “productive energy” of Mother Earth. Her creativity also derives from unconventional thoughts and beliefs, uncensored emotions, and ancient history. Strong visual appearance of her work often metaphorically interprets coded messages. She has hosted solo and group exhibitions since 1988 in Paris, London, Germany, Dubai, Switzerland, New York, and Greece.
