Katerina Spyropoulou

Katerina Spyropoulou was born in Athens, where she lives and works. She is a Civil Engineer with postgraduate studies in Environmental Design and is professionally active in the field of public works. Since her childhood, she has been involved in photography, painting, and music. Since 2013, she has been participating in artistic photography workshops. From 2014 to 2018, she was involved in “street photography.” From 2018 to 2019, she completed three cycles of studies at the Greek Photography Center. Since the summer of 2019, she has been engaged in “self-portraiture.” From 2021 to 2022, she completed the annual study program at the Greek Photography Center, working on “directed photography.” Since the summer of 2022, she has been attending the program “Photography: Images and Techniques” at the University of San Diego (California), having already completed 7 study cycles for obtaining a “Professional Certificate in Photography/Arts and Humanities.” She has exhibited her works in a solo exhibition in Thessaloniki and in 18 group exhibitions and international art events, 2 in Italy, Rome, and Venice, 9 in Athens, 5 in Thessaloniki, and 2 online. She has published 2 Photobooks and maintains a website.
