Manouela Michaelidou was born in 1976 in Larnaca, Cyprus, where she lives and works. She studied Painting at the Athens School of Fine Arts (1996-2000), in the studio of Yiannis Psychopaides. Since 2006 she has been teaching art in public secondary education, while actively contributing to the development of educational programs and the integration of contemporary art into educational practice. She has presented her work in solo and group exhibitions in Cyprus and internationally, participating in international exhibitions and biennales. Her works are included in public and private collections in Cyprus and abroad.
