In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the present purchase agreement in writing at orders@artgrid.gr within 3 hours from placing the order.<\/p>

After this point, no order cancellations are accepted.<\/p>

Returns after the product has been received are not accepted, with the sole exception of rare cases where a different product was sent than the one purchased. In this case, within 3 working days from our company’s acknowledgment of the error, the incorrect product will be collected from the customer’s address, and the correct product will be delivered.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There is a rare case where the stock may be depleted before your order is fulfilled. In this case, you will be notified within 3 days from payment execution.
